By using http://gigcentral.biz, you agree to these Terms.

1. What is Gig Central? Gig Central is a US-based marketplace connecting Customers with independent Pros for gig work. Gig Central does not provide the services itself. Pros are independent contractors, not employees of Gig Central.

2. Who Can Use It: You must be 18+ and in the US. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

 3. How It Works: Customer posts a job > Pros send offers > Customer hires > Payment through http://gigcentral.biz > Job completed > Review.

 4. Payments & Fees: ALL payments must go through http://gigcentral.biz. No cash, Venmo, or off-platform payments to avoid fees. If we detect off-platform circumvention, your account will be banned, and you agree to a $500 fee. Pros pay a platform fee disclosed before accepting a job. Pros are responsible for their own taxes and licenses.

 5. Rules: No illegal services, no spam, no harassment, no fake reviews, no discrimination. We can remove any content and suspend any account at our sole discretion.

6. No Warranty: We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any job or Pro. Hire at your own discretion.

7. Liability Limit: Our total liability is limited to $100 or the fees you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Law: These Terms are governed by Massachusetts and US Federal Law. All disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Lawrence, MA. No class actions.
