About the job
- To carry out and share nursing assessments with HCL patients and their families in an efficient manner.
- To efficiently carry out and convey routine and urgent nursing evaluations to clinical providers at HCL Healthcare, such as physicians, other nurses, and staff members who perform ancillary services. • To efficiently manage the referrals for physicians and other healthcare professionals from various clinics and departments of health care.
- to carry out the subsequent processes precisely and reliably.
- Take and evaluate each patient's vital signs. • Gathering lab samples, including phlebotomy where required.
Job instructions
- Gives injections, medicines, vaccinations, and other treatments.
- When necessary, help all physicians with procedures.
- Health counseling and patient education
- Provide patients and their families with informed, caring support and assistance. Engage with and oversee patient care and outreach initiatives related to health awareness outside of the clinic.
- Take part in all clinic practice sessions, outside clinic events, and committees and meetings as required.
- To actively take part in initiatives aimed at raising the standard of nursing practices.
