About the job

During admission, the nurses do an initial assessment.
Providing patient and relative orientation to room and nursing services
Carrying out the principal directions as instructed by the doctor.

Job instructions

Responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and patient-friendly environment for the patient.
Maintaining the patient's personal hygiene and comfort levels.
Attending to the nutritional needs of the patient.
Coordinates patient care with other members of the health team.
Placing an Indent for the required medicine pharmacy.
Drugs are administered as ordered using safe injection methods.
Clinical tasks include administering medication, supporting doctors with various medical procedures, and preparing papers.
Observe changes in the patient's condition and records, take required action, and report to the appropriate authority.
