About the job
- Responsible for receiving and processing raw materials, packaging materials, solvents, cylinders, and finished goods according to their storage conditions.
- Responsible for storing raw materials, packaging materials, solvents, cylinders, and finished goods according to their storage conditions.
- Responsible for distributing raw materials, packaging materials, solvents, and cylinders, which are then issued to the user department.
- Responsible for receiving, transferring stock, and dispatching finished goods for domestic and export.
- Responsible for performing SAP-related transactions such as receipt, storage, dispensing, dispatch, and issuance.
Job instructions
- Responsible for performing warehouse-related transactions.
- Responsible for preparing sales invoices for Diluted Solvent, Recovered Solvent, and Scrap.
- Responsible for receiving Return Finished Goods Material and related documentation.
- Responsible for cleaning the dispensing locations before and after dispensing activities in the warehouse.
- Responsible for cleaning the dispensing accessories in the warehouse.
- To guarantee that materials are properly scheduled and delivered on time from the warehouse to the production area and other manufacturing facilities.
- Responsible for reviewing the temperature condition of the area and coordinating with the engineering department to ensure prompt preventive maintenance and repair of the equipment.
- Conduct stock audits for material accounting.
