Sr Executive - Sales
About the job
- Create new ties with the majority of dentists, dental clinics, and groups in your allocated area. Achieve your own sales objective.
- Representing Group products and services, beginning with a thorough understanding of the account's goals and objectives in order to determine how our solutions might help satisfy their requirements. Investigate and address consumer issues.
- Overcoming obstacles and effectively presenting Groups' offering and value propositions to key decision makers about relevant Groups product offerings.
- Generating leads and developing relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new opportunities. Maintaining positive ties with current accounts through frequent client visits.
- Managing and sustaining a pipeline of prospects. Strong and regular use of our CRM system (with a focus on data discipline), quotation, and finance tools.
Job instructions
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets. Strong preference for experience in the medical device industry.
- Prior sales experience with physicians as the primary point of contact is preferred.
- Effective communication abilities, as well as the ability to present and negotiate, are desired.
- Strong oral and writing communication abilities, especially presentation skills, are necessary.
- Capable of working both collaboratively with team members from the region and independently.
- Confident in applying various findings and adapting selling strategies based on customer demands and situations.
