Job instructions
- Responsible for ensuring that distributors operate effectively in the market and at their offices in order to provide our customers with high-quality services. If any problems are discovered based on corporate policy on sales activities and other company regulations, he must notify a senior and take the required procedures to resolve the issue(s).
- He should provide comprehensive training and coaching to distributors in order to maintain high-quality products and services for clients.
- He will assist the distributor in delivering the merchandise to the stores as needed. (After discussing with his seniors, he will determine their schedule and supply the products to the market.)
- He is responsible for handling the distributor's sales routes in accordance with the Company's sales policy.
- He is responsible for checking the stock quantity in the distributor's warehouse and reporting to the senior on a daily basis.
- Responsible for accepting an order from a distributor and collecting payments from them.
- Responsible for creating and submitting retail papers (such as DSRs, agreements, and payment reminders) to management on a regular basis.
- He will commute to the distribution point and visit the market in his own vehicle, taking the essential measures in the market such as supervising the distributors' sales operations, collecting payments, and so on.
